Noosheen Hashemi, MS ’93 (Business Research), is co-founder and president of the HAND Foundation and leads January AI as CEO, where she oversees efforts to develop technologies targeting metabolic diseases and chronic conditions. Emphasizing affordability and accessibility, she advocates for consumer-centric solutions, ensuring wider access to essential health tools. The company has introduced pioneering solutions under her guidance, notably the world's first glucose prediction app, revolutionizing how individuals manage their metabolic health.

During her tenure at Oracle, which spanned over a decade, Hashemi was instrumental in driving unprecedented growth and innovation. Her strategic vision and relentless dedication played a pivotal role in exponentially increasing revenues from $26 million to $3 billion annually.
