Brian Kreiswirth is a Managing Director and the General Counsel of Responsible Banking and Consumer Data at JPMorgan Chase & Co. His team provides guidance on legal and regulatory issues in the areas of fair lending and responsible banking, community reinvestment, language assistance, consumer data use, analytics, and modeling, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

Prior to joining Chase, Brian worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a Deputy Fair Lending Director of the Office of Fair Lending and Equal Opportunity. He previously served as Corporate Fair Lending Director at Citigroup and at American Express, and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
