Liqian Ma

Liqian Ma is an experienced investment and finance professional. For nearly two decades, Liqian held various management positions in Temasek International, a large global investment company headquartered in Singapore. Her investment expertise spans across a broad range of industries such as financial services, consumer goods, and technology in various Asia markets over multiple macro-economic cycles. In recent years, she has shifted her efforts to building up her family office which focuses on impact investing and philanthropy activities.

Liqian is very interested in AI, both in its technological advancement and its impact on human society. She is currently a visiting scholar at Stanford Engineering School under Advanced Financial Technologies Laboratory (AFTLab).

Liqian has a master’s degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
