Program Overview

Schwab Advisor Services is partnering with Stanford University’s Institute for Human-Centered AI to deliver the Schwab Advisor AI in Action: Executive Education for RIA Leaders.  This is an immersive, in‑person program designed to help senior RIA leaders understand how AI can be responsibly and strategically integrated within their firm. The experience combines expert instruction, RIA‑specific case studies, and peer learning to translate AI from hype into practical business impact. Participants leave with greater confidence, clearer priorities, and concrete ideas to begin shaping their firm’s AI strategy.

The curriculum prioritizes AI strategy over tactics through expert instruction, RIA-specific case studies, and peer learning to translate AI from hype into practical business impact.

Register today!

  • Identify the leadership conditions required to responsibly and effectively adopt AI within an RIA firm

  • Design a practical AI strategy that anticipates organizational barriers, compliance considerations, and change-management needs

  • Assess your firm’s data readiness and understand what’s required to support AI at scale

  • Evaluate and redesign workflows where AI can drive efficiency and improve the client experience

  • Develop an implementation roadmap for integrating AI into real business processes – and measure its impact

  • Clarify the evolving role of leaders and managers as AI becomes more embedded across your firm

This program is designed for RIA firms that have the readiness, appetite, and infrastructure to explore and implement AI‑driven opportunities. If you’re motivated to improve efficiency, enhance client experience, and thoughtfully adopt AI as part of your long‑term growth strategy, this program is for you.

As a senior decision‑maker—whether you’re CEO, COO, or hold an equivalent role—you have the ability to influence firm‑wide strategy and lead change. If you’re curious about AI, eager to move from experimentation to intentional strategy, and seeking clarity around risks, governance, and real‑world application, you’ll benefit from this program. Most importantly, you’re ready to transform your learning into action when you return to the office.

Registration is by invitation only. Program capacity is limited in size, with registration restricted to one senior leader per firm. In-person attendance is required for the entire duration of the program, July 13-16, 2026.

Registration is now open. Secure your spot today! Space is limited with admissions available on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of your registration form and completed payment to Schwab Advisor Services.
