Luca Vendraminelli is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Digital Economy Lab and the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) at Stanford University. His research explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping work and organizational structures within large firms.
Luca investigates how AI transforms job tasks, redefines expertise, and drives changes in organizational design and the division of labor. He also examines the organizational barriers that often lead to the failure of AI projects across different phases of the innovation lifecycle.
His work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Product Innovation Management. He is the recipient of the 2020 Albert Page Award for Outstanding Professional Contribution.
