Alice Nuz
HAI Graduate Fellow
Alice Nuz is a PhD student in Energy Science and Engineering advised by Sally Benson. Alice works on inverse modeling for Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). She simulates subsurface injection to understand how a CO2 plume travels under various geologic conditions with limited data. By leveraging machine learning models, she aims to enhance the safety, efficiency, and economics of monitoring carbon storage projects.
