Lindsey is a PhD candidate in the Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management Group at MIT Sloan. She is advised by Erik Brynjolfsson and Scott Stern. Lindsey’s research focuses on the use of machine learning on economic decisions and impact of digital technologies on market structures. Lindsey graduate cum laude from Yale University where she was advised by Robert J. Shiller and received a Leitner Fellowship and the President Gerald R. Ford Scholar-Athlete Award. Prior to beginning her PhD at MIT, Lindsey worked as a software engineer at Kensho Technologies, an AI and machine learning startup.
