Peter’s research concerns global private regulation in the governance of AI, including international standards and multi-stakeholder approaches responsible development.

He holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Sociology and Political Economy from Williams College. He has worked on digital policy for government, civil society, and academia on three continents.
