What happens when artificial intelligence clashes with human stupidity?

In his recent satirical novel, The Strength of the Illusion, Jared Moore explores this question, expounding on the values in AI. Starting with a short reading of his book, Jared will launch into a broader conversation about the capabilities of current language models, with connections to issues such as morality, consciousness, and the money behind the science. Copies of his book will be available for purchase, and he will also stay after the seminar to sign books.
