The Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), Microsoft, and LinkedIn invite you to the DC launch of the 2025 Stanford AI Index Report on April 10 at the Microsoft Innovation and Policy Center located at 901 K Street, NW, Washington, DC. The AI Index is an annual report that tracks data relating to AI, recognized globally as one of the most credible and authoritative sources for data and insights on artificial intelligence.
The 2025 AI Index is the most comprehensive report to date, launching at a critical time when AI's impact on society is more pronounced than ever. The report has broadened its scope to more extensively cover key trends such as AI’s technical progress, public perceptions, and geopolitical dynamics.
During the program, the Stanford HAI team will provide an overview of the report’s findings followed by a panel discussion focused on their economic implications for workers, firms, and policymakers. Namely, that AI not only enhances productivity but also helps narrow the gap between low- and high-skilled workers and workers anticipate that AI will transform jobs, but their fear of being replaced remains low.
