Victor is a a J.D./Ph.D. student at Stanford Law School and Stanford Political Science. He is working on several projects exploring how advances in AI are transforming core legal doctrines. First, Victor is researching how AI-enabled remote sensing pushes the boundaries of Fourth Amendment law. Second, he is researching how the proliferation of AI in government decision-making demands fundamental shifts in equal protection doctrine.
